Last updated: July 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tai Chi. By creating an account or taking the quiz, you agree to these Terms.

Not Medical Advice

Tai Chi is an educational movement program and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise routine, especially if you have an existing health condition, injury, or mobility limitation. You assume all risk associated with participating in the movement plan.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and completing the quiz.

Subscriptions and Payment

Some features of Tai Chi require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled according to our Money-Back Guarantee.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use Tai Chi for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to copy, resell, or redistribute our content or workout plans.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tai Chi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
